How old were you when you discovered who you are?

(hint) it’s a trick question.

At SELFHOOD, we don’t believe there is one specific line you cross when you become the most “you”. As far as we’re concerned, who you are (which can be understood as both your self and/or identity) is fluid, multifaceted and constantly evolving, so the work isn’t about ‘finding’ one fixed ‘self’, it's the intentional practice of continually exploring, enjoying and belonging to the many versions of you. It’s why we like to think in terms of selfhood > self.

With that said, we understand that isn’t always easy, which is why we provide you with tools, experiences, and a community that will support you in doing just that.

And you can start today.

"I was so moved and motivated after the session that I followed my urge to delete TikTok (doom scrolling has been a coping mechanism for far too long and as a result I had the most productive Monday in a VERY long time. I truly felt myself start to to shed my "I am lazy" identity and enter my "I am disciplined" era. This really surprised me as I've had this compulsion to do this, but couldn't bring myself to take the step as silly as it sounds!"
